Your access to Reportify, use of Reportify's services, and use of Reportify websites, servers, and/or login in related client applications that do not have independent privacy policies are subject to this Privacy Policy. If Reportify's or its affiliate companies' (defined in the Definitions section) products or services use Reportify's products or services but do not have independent privacy policies, this Policy applies to those parts of the products or services. Part I: Definitions
(1)Personal Information: refers to all kinds of information recorded in electronic or other forms that can be used alone or in combination with other information to identify a specific natural person's identity or reflect the specific natural person's activities.
(2)Personal sensitive information: includes ID card numbers, personal biometric information, bank or other financial account numbers, property information, location tracking, transaction information, and personal information of children under 14 years old (including 14 years old). Sensitive information will be bolded and underlined in this policy.
(3)Personal information deletion: refers to the act of removing personal information from the systems involved in daily business operations, so that it remains unsearchable and inaccessible.
(4)Reportify: includes the Reportify website (domain name is reportify.cc), mobile app, client, related WeChat open platform accounts or mini programs, as well as the Reportify software development kit (SDK) and application programming interface (API) provided for third-party websites and applications, and any new service forms that may emerge in the future. (5)Reportify services: Reportify is based on the internet and provides various services to you through Reportify.
(6)Reportify rules: includes all rules published on all Reportify websites, as well as any subsequent rules, user service agreements, interpretations, announcements, etc., and all rules, implementation details, product descriptions, and announcements published on various platforms on channels, activity pages, and help centers.

(1)How We Collect and Use Your Information
When you use our products/services, we may need/collect and use your personal information in the following two scenarios:
1. In order to provide you with the basic functions of our products and/or services, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary information. If you refuse to provide the relevant information, you will not be able to use our products and/or services normally;
2. In order to provide you with additional functions of our products and/or services, you may choose to authorize us to collect and use the information. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use the relevant additional functions or achieve the intended function effects, but it will not affect your normal use of the basic functions of our products and/or services.
You acknowledge and agree that:
1. We are committed to providing diverse products and services to meet your needs. Due to the variety of products and services we offer and the differences in the specific products/services chosen by different users, the basic/additional functions and types of personal information collected and used may differ, and you should refer to the specific functions of the products/services for details.
2. To provide you with better products and services, we are constantly improving our technology, and we may occasionally introduce new or optimized functions that may require the collection and use of new personal information or changes to the purpose or manner of using personal information. In this case, we will inform you of the collection purpose, scope, and usage method of the corresponding information through updates to this policy, pop-up windows, and in-app messages, and provide you with the option to choose to agree. In order to help you become our registered user, and provide better, high quality, and more personalized services, we will collect the following information from you based on the services you use:
(I) Creating and Registering an Account
1. Basic Account Creation
When you create an account on Reportify, as a user to receive our services, you need to provide your email addressmobile number and nickname; and create a username and password.
2. Basic Information Maintenance & Identity Verification
【Basic Information Maintenance】When using Reportify, to maintain your basic information and improve your service experience, you need to select and/or complete the necessary information for the service, which may include your profile picture, nickname, gender, birthday, age, country of residence, delivery address, email address, etc. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of Reportify's core functions.
【Identity Verification】If you lose your account password, we will verify your identity. After identity verification, you can reset your password, such as password reset after mobile identity verification, or password reset through customer service, during which you need to provide some information to verify your identity.
(ii) Providing you with the basic functions of our products and/or services
1. Product reservation/purchase
When you reserve/purchase our products or services, you need to provide us with contact information (name, phone number) so that Reportify can provide you with financial literacy course reservation/purchase services.
When you use the delivery/shipping (such as event gifts) service on Reportify, you need to provide the recipient's name, mobile phone number, and delivery address so that your order can be delivered safely and accurately.
2. Payment settlement
When you pay on Reportify, you can choose the payment services provided by the third-party payment institutions (such as WeChat Pay, Apple Pay, AlipayStripe, Bbank transfer, etc.) that Reportify cooperates with. The payment function itself does not collect your personal information, but Reportify needs to share your Reportify order information and accounting information with these payment institutions to confirm your payment instructions and complete the payment.
We will record your payment method and financial account information to facilitate refunds along the original payment path, as well as the cashing-out of event vouchers and other post-sales services.
If you request a receipt, you will need to provide the following information: the name of the recipient, the taxpayer identification number, the email address of the recipient, and any additional information you provide based on your billing needs, such as the purchaser's information.
3. Order Management
To display your order information on your account, we collect the order information you generate while using our platform services to display and facilitate your order management. The order information you generate on our platform may include your identity information, contact information, and payment information, which are sensitive information. Please be careful about showing or providing this information to others. If we need to provide order information to others, we will obtain your authorization and exercise reasonable commercial due diligence to anonymize your information to maximize the protection of your personal information while achieving information availability.
4. Customer Service
When you contact our customer service, the platform's system may record your communication with customer service and use your account information to verify your identity. When you need us to provide customer service related to your order, we may query your relevant order information to provide you with appropriate assistance and handling. When you need customer service to assist you in modifying information (such as delivery address and contact information), you may also need to provide other information besides the above information to complete the modification.
5. Publishing Information
When you actively rate or publish other content (such as comment information) on Reportify, the platform will collect the information you publish and display your nickname, avatar, and published content. You can also authorize access to your camera, photos, and microphone by actively uploading pictures, videos, etc., so that you can publish content by taking pictures, shooting videos, uploading photos, or uploading videos. When you need to close this function, most mobile devices support your needs, and the specific method is to refer to or contact the service provider or manufacturer of your mobile device.
(III) Participating in Operations and Interactive Activities
If you participate in Reportify's operations and interactive activities, such as raffles, referral activities, quizzes, and surveys, you may be asked to proactively provide certain information. For example, if you want to withdrawal cash you receive from specific activities, or redeem prizes or gifts, you may need to provide your identity information. If the prize or gift needs to be delivered, you may also need to provide your address information.
(IV) Providing and Improving Our Products or Services
To provide you with more tailored services, we collect information about how you use our products or services, and we may link this information together. This information includes:
(1)Device Information: We will receive and record the device-related information you use during the installation and use of the software (device model, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifier and some hardware and software feature information, IMEI, IMSI, device MAC address, software list, device serial number, device ID), and device location-related information (IP address, GPS/Beidou location information and Wi-Fi access point, Bluetooth and base station sensor information that can provide related information).
(2)Log Information: When you use the platform's website or client products and services, the platform will automatically collect your detailed usage of the platform services as network logs and restore them. Such as your search query content, IP address, type of browser, telecommunications operator, language used, access date and time, webpage records you accessed, and call status information.
The Aurora SDK will collect the device identifier information (IMEI, IDFA, Android ID, MAC, OAID, etc.) of the application at initialization, generate a unique device identifier for the user, and collect the Wi-Fi information and base station information of the device when entering and exiting the fence, for user segmentation processing.
Please note that individual device information, log information, etc. are information that cannot be used to specifically identify a natural person. If we combine this non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person or combine it with personal information, this non-personal information will be treated as personal information during the period of combination use. We will perform anonymousization and de-identification processing on such personal information unless we obtain your authorization or there are provisions in laws and regulations to the contrary.
(V) Post-sales and Dispute Resolution
To provide you with better service, we will record the contact information and communication/call records and contents you provide, for the purpose of contacting you and helping you solve problems, or recording the handling solutions and results of related issues.
To confirm the transaction status and provide you with post-sales and dispute resolution services, we may collect your transaction and payment information related to the transaction progress through the third-party information systems and payment institutions you choose or directly involved in the transaction, so as to facilitate the platform to handle your order and ensure the smooth completion of the service, or better prevent fraud, spamming, etc. malicious behaviors.
(VI) Security Assurance Functions
Risk Identification: We may use your personal information to prevent, detect, investigate fraud, security risks, illegal or violative behaviors that are contrary to agreements, policies or rules of us or our affiliates, such as abnormal account activities, multi-end login, to protect you, other users, or the legitimate rights of Reportify or its affiliates.
To enhance the security of your use of our services and those provided by our affiliates and partners, ensure a safe operation environment and identify abnormal states of member accounts, protect your or other users' or the public's property and personal safety from being harmed, better prevent phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusions, etc. security risks, more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or the rules of agreements of Reportify and its affiliates, we may use or integrate your account information, transaction information, payment information, device information, relevant network logs, and information authorized or shared by our affiliates and partners in accordance with laws or rules, to comprehensively judge the risks of your account and transactions, conduct identity verification, detection and prevention of security incidents, and take necessary record, audit, analysis and disposal measures in accordance with laws.
(VII)Providing you with additional services
In order to provide you with more convenient, high-quality, and personalized products and/or services, we strive to enhance your experience. We may collect and use your personal information in the following additional services we provide to you. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your basic use of our platform, but you may not be able to enjoy the user experience provided by these additional services. These additional services include:
(1)Additional services based on photo/video libraries: You can use this function to upload your photos/pictures/video files after enabling the album permission, ensuring that local picture/video files can be uploaded to the Reportify function, making it convenient for you to change your avatar or prove the problems you have encountered when communicating with customer service.
(2)Additional services based on calendar: After enabling our permission to read and write your calendar, we can access your calendar to help synchronize your course information to your calendar, making it convenient for you to view recent services related to Reportify courses.
(3)Contact list permission: After enabling this permission, we can synchronize the official and customer service phone numbers of Reportify to your contact list, making it convenient for you to identify the source of our number and avoid manually repeating the above information.
(4)Read/write storage card permission: Enabling this permission is conducive to ensuring the stable operation of the platform system, and we promise to only read or cache necessary information. For example, we will cache the financial literacy course videos to your memory to ensure smooth reading and use of the financial literacy course during the class. These contents are visible in your storage card, and you can also manually clean them.
(5)Make a phone call / access phone status permissions: After you enable this permission, it will only be accessed when you click on the customer service icon to make a customer service call. It will determine whether your device has a SIM card or supports making phone calls after you grant permission.
(6)Access Wi-Fi status permission: After you enable this permission, we can remind you when Reportify uses data traffic internally while you are disconnected from Wi-Fi.
(7) Allow installation of applications from unknown sources permission: After you enable this permission, we can update and upgrade the Reportify app for you in a timely manner.
(8)Allow modification of sound settings information permission: After you enable this permission, this permission will be used when the financial literacy course videos and other functions need to control the volume, so that you can have better voice communication.
(9)Notification permission: After you enable this permission, we can promptly push notifications to you, reminding you to prepare for classes, receive report messages, etc.
You understand and agree that the above additional services may require you to enable corresponding access permissions on your device in order to collect and use the information involved. You can view the status of each permission in the settings of your device, and you can decide to enable or disable these permissions at any time. Please note that enabling any permission represents your authorization for us to collect and use related personal information to provide you with the corresponding service. If you close any permission, it represents that you have revoked your authorization, and we will no longer collect and use related personal information based on that permission and will not be able to provide the service corresponding to that permission. However, your decision to close the permission will not affect the collection and use of information based on your prior authorization.
(VIII) Other Matters
(1) If you provide information that contains the personal information of other users, you must ensure that you have obtained legal authorization before providing such personal information to us. If it involves the personal information of a child, you need to obtain the consent of the corresponding child's guardian before publishing it. In such cases, the guardian has the right to contact us through Policy Article 10 and request correction or deletion of the child's personal information.
(2)If we use the information for other purposes other than those stated in this policy or use the information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, or if we actively obtain your personal information from third parties, we will obtain your consent in advance.
If we indirectly obtain your information from a third party, we will explicitly require the third party in writing to collect personal information in accordance with the law after obtaining your consent, and inform you of the shared information content. If sensitive information is involved, we will require your explicit confirmation before providing it to us for use, and require the third party to promise the legality and compliance of the source of personal information. If the third party has violated the law, we will explicitly require them to assume the corresponding legal responsibility. Meanwhile, our professional security team will secure the personal information by means of security reinforcement (including sensitive information reporting, sensitive information encrypted storage, and access control). (3)Exceptions to obtaining authorization consent
You fully understand and agree that we will collect and use your personal information without your authorization consent in the following cases, and we may not respond to your requests for correction/modification, deletion, revocation of consent, or information disclosure:
1) Related to national security and defense security;
2) Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
3) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments and administrative enforcement;
4) Necessary to protect your or other individuals' life, property and other major legitimate rights but difficult to obtain consent from the person concerned;
5) Personal information you have disclosed to the public yourself;
6) Collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports and government information disclosure channels;
7) To fulfill the necessary requirements for the signing and performance of relevant agreements or other written documents;
8) To maintain the safe and stable operation of the products and/or services provided, such as detecting and handling faults in the products and/or services;
9) To fulfill the needs of legitimate news reporting;
10) For academic research institutions to conduct statistical or academic research based on public interests, and to provide academic research or descriptions of the results when they are made public, and to anonymize personal information contained in the results;
11) Other situations prescribed by laws and regulations.
(4) Personalized Recommendations and Disabling
We will use your device information, service log information, and some information from third-party cooperative platforms to extract your preference features and match you with corresponding commercial advertisements. During the targeted advertising process, we will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations to protect your personal information and ensure data security. If you do not want us to recommend personalized services to you, you can choose to disable the personalized recommendation mechanism in the [Personal Center - Settings]. If you choose to disable, the number of ads you see will not decrease, but we will no longer provide you with precise personalized advertising content, and the relevance of the ads you see will decrease.
(2) How we use Cookies and similar technologies
(I) Cookies
To provide you with a more convenient access experience, the platform may collect and store your related data when you access Reportify products or services using various technologies. When you visit or revisit Reportify, the platform can identify your identity and provide you with better and more services by analyzing the data. This includes using small data files to identify your identity, which is to understand your usage habits, help you skip the step of repeating inputting account information, or help determine the security of your account. These data files may be Cookies, Flash Cookies, or other local storage provided by your browser or associated applications (collectively referred to as "Cookies").
Please note that some of our services can only be implemented through the use of Cookies. If your browser or browser-based services allow it, you can modify your acceptance level of Cookies or refuse Reportify's Cookies, but refusing Reportify's Cookies may prevent you from using some of the Reportify functions that depend on Cookies in certain situations.
(II) Cookie-like technologies
There may also be some electronic images (referred to as "single pixel GIF files" or "web Beacons") on the platform. Using web Beacons can calculate the number of users browsing web pages or accessing certain Cookies. We will collect information about your web browsing activities through web Beacons, such as: the address of the page you visited, the location of the previously accessed referenced page, the time you spent on the page, your browsing environment, and display settings.
(3)How We Share, Transfer, and Disclose Information
(I) Sharing and Disclosure
We will not share your personal information with any other third party except for the following cases:
1. When we share your personal information with your explicit consent or authorization, or when you choose to do so. After obtaining your authorization or explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other companies, organizations, and individuals.
2. When we disclose your personal information in accordance with legal requirements. We may disclose your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations, the needs of resolving disputes, or as required by administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with the law. For example, if we determine that you have violated laws and regulations or seriously violated the rules of the Reportify-related agreements, or to protect the personal and property safety of Reportify and its affiliated company users or the public, we may disclose your personal information, including related violations and the measures we have taken against you, in accordance with laws and regulations or the rules of the Reportify-related agreements.
3. Share your personal information with affiliates of Reportify. Sharing with affiliated companies: In order to provide you with services jointly based on affiliated accounts, recommend information that you may be interested in, or protect the personal and property safety of Reportify affiliated companies or other users or the public, your personal information may be shared with our affiliated companies. Our affiliated companies can contact you and provide relevant services based on this shared information. We will only share the necessary personal information (such as necessary personal information for you to log in and use our affiliated company's products or services) and it will be subject to the stated purposes in this privacy policy. If we share your personal sensitive information or our affiliated company changes the purpose of using and processing your information, we will again seek your authorization and consent.
4. Sharing with authorized partners. We may entrust authorized partners to provide certain services or represent us in performing functions. We will only share your information for legitimate, necessary, specific, and clearly stated purposes as stated in this privacy policy. Authorized partners can only access the information needed to fulfill their duties and cannot use it for any other purpose.
Currently, our authorized partners include the following types:
1) Advertising and analytics service authorized partners. Unless you give us your permission, we will not share your personal identifiable information (which refers to information that can identify you, such as your name or email address, through which we can contact you or identify your identity) with our advertising and analytics service partners. We will entrust these partners to handle information related to the coverage and effectiveness of advertising, but we will not provide your personal identifiable information or we will anonymize this information so that it cannot identify you personally. These partners may combine the above information with other data they have legally obtained to perform the advertising services or decision-making advice we have entrusted them with.
2) Suppliers, service providers, and other partners. We will send information to suppliers, service providers, and other partners (such as telecommunications operators, system service providers, software service providers, logistics service providers, etc.) that support our business. The support includes the technical infrastructure services we have entrusted, the analysis of the way our services are used, the measurement of the effectiveness of advertising and services, the provision of customer services, payment convenience, or academic research and investigation. For example, if we send you an event prize, we must share your personal information with the logistics service provider to arrange delivery. We will conduct strict security inspections on the APIs and software development kits (SDKs) used by authorized partners to access information, and we will stipulate strict data protection measures with authorized partners to have them handle personal information according to our entrusted purposes, service specifications, this privacy policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
5. Assist in resolving disputes. If you are a qualified complainant and have filed a complaint, you should disclose your information to the respondent upon request, so that both parties can handle any potential rights disputes. Only by sharing your information can we provide the services you need or resolve disputes or disputes between you and others. If any of the parties to the complaint, judicial authorities or administrative enforcement agencies request disclosure of information, Reportify will provide the necessary information, such as the contact details of the complained-about user, as appropriate, to facilitate the resolution of the dispute. Reportify will only assume the corresponding legal liabilities under specific legal provisions.
(ii) Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following cases:
1. Transfer with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties;
2. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation of Reportify service providers, or other situations involving mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information transfer is involved, we will require the new company, organization that holds your personal information to be bound by this policy, otherwise we will require the company, organization, or individual to seek your authorization again.
(III) Exceptions to Obtaining Your Prior Consent Before Sharing, Transferring, or Disclosing Your Personal Information
In the following cases, sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing your personal information without obtaining your prior consent is permitted:
1. Related to national security or defense security;
2. Related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
3. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of sentences;
4. Necessary to protect your or other individuals' life, property, or other major legitimate rights but difficult to obtain your consent;
5. Personal information you have disclosed to the public yourself;
6. Collected from publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports and government information disclosure channels.
According to the law, sharing or transferring personal information after anonymization processing and ensuring that the data recipient cannot restore and identify the personal information subject is not considered an external sharing, transferring, or public disclosure of personal information. The storage and processing of such data do not require separate notification and consent from you.
If you do not agree with our provision of your personal information to third parties under the above terms, please stop using the Reportify service immediately.
(4)How We Store Information
(I) Where We Store Information:
We store personal information we collect and generate in the operation of our business within the People's Republic of China on the territory of the People's Republic of China, except for the following cases:
1. Where there are explicit provisions in laws and regulations;
2. With your explicit authorization.
In these cases, we will ensure that your personal information is adequately protected in accordance with this privacy policy.
(ii) Information Storage Period
We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes set forth in our policy, unless there are legal retention requirements. The standard we use to determine the retention period includes:
1、Completing the service-related purpose for you, maintaining relevant service and business records, responding to your possible inquiries or complaints;
2、Ensuring the safety and quality of the services we provide to you;
3、Whether you agree to a longer retention period;
4、Other special agreements regarding retention period.
After your personal information has exceeded the retention period, we will delete your personal information in accordance with applicable law requirements or anonymize it.
(III) Deletion and Anonymization of Personal Information
If Reportify decides to cease operations, we will stop collecting your personal information after the relevant services are no longer in operation. We will notify you of the cessation of operations through a notice. We will delete or anonymize any personal information we hold. For personal information of children, we will promptly notify their guardians of the cessation of operations.
(5)How do we protect your personal information security?
To ensure the safety of your personal information collected by us, we commit to striving for a reasonable level of security and here are specific safety measures and safety capabilities:
(I) Technical Safety Protection: To ensure the safety of your information, we strive to take various reasonable physical, electronic, and management safety measures to protect your information, so that your information will not be leaked, damaged, or lost, including but not limited to SSL, encrypted storage of information, access control of data centers. We will use encryption technology to enhance the security of personal information; we will use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent personal information from being attacked maliciously; we will deploy access control mechanisms to try to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information.
(II) Security System Guarantee: We have an industry-leading data-centric, life cycle-oriented data security management system, which enhances the system's security from multiple dimensions, including organization construction, institutional design, personnel management, and product and technology. Currently, in order to improve the security of your use of our services and those provided by our affiliated companies and partners, to protect your or other users' or the public's property and personal safety from being harmed, to better prevent phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusions, etc., to more accurately identify situations that violate laws and regulations or the rules of the Reportify related agreements, we have carried out a system security classification protection. Currently, our important information systems have passed the third-level certification of the Ministry of Public Security's security protection evaluation.
(III) Personnel Safety Management: We also take strict management measures for employees or outsourced personnel who may come into contact with your information, including but not limited to taking different permission control measures based on job roles, signing confidentiality agreements with them, monitoring their operation situations, etc. Reportify will provide corresponding security measures based on existing technology to protect your information and provide reasonable security assurance. Reportify will strive to ensure that your information is not leaked, damaged, or lost. We will actively advocate the importance of information security and privacy protection and enhance our employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.
(IV) Sensitive Information and Password Protection Reminders:

Reportify will ensure that your information is not lost, misused, or altered through backup to other servers, encryption of user passwords, etc. safety measures. Although we have the above safety measures, please also understand that there is no "perfect security measure" on information networks.
(V) Information disclosure reminders and password leakage handling: Please note that the internet is not an absolutely secure environment. Please take good care of your personal information and only provide it to others under necessary circumstances. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially if your account and password have been compromised, please contact Reportify customer service immediately so that Reportify can take appropriate measures.
(VI) Handling of personal information security incidents: After an unfortunate personal information security incident occurs, we will inform you in accordance with laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, your suggestions for autonomous prevention and reduction of risks, and remedial measures for you. We will inform you of the relevant situation by email, phone, push notification, etc. When it is difficult to inform individual data subjects one by one, we will take reasonable and effective measures to issue notices. At the same time, we will report the handling of personal information security incidents to the supervisory authorities as required.

We understand that the personal information we collect and process may come from minors under the age of 14, and we attach great importance to protecting the personal information of minors. If you are a minor, we require you to ask your parents or other guardians to read this privacy policy carefully and use our services or provide information to us only after obtaining the consent of your parents or other guardians. (II) Correcting or supplementing your personal information
When you find that we have processed your personal information incorrectly, you have the right to request that we correct or supplement it. You can make a request for correction or supplementation through the methods listed in (I) to access your personal information.
(III) Delete Your Personal Information
You can delete some of your personal information by using the methods listed in "(I) Accessing Your Personal Information".
In the following cases, you can request us to delete your personal information:
1. If our handling of your personal information violates laws and regulations;
2. If we collect and use your personal information without your explicit consent;
3. If our handling of your personal information is seriously in violation of our agreement with you;
4. If you no longer use our products or services, or you have actively deactivated your account;

After you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from our backup systems, but we will delete this information when our backup is updated.

When you revoke your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to revoke your consent will not affect the personal information processing based on your authorization before.
(V) Deleting your account as a personal information subject
You can contact Reportify customer service to delete your account, the specific contact information is specified in Article 10.
When you meet the agreed account deletion conditions and delete your Reportify account, we will stop providing you with products or services and will delete your personal information within 3 working days or anonymize the relevant information within 3 working days, unless otherwise provided by law.
(VI) Responding to your requests
To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may first ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
(8)How your personal information is transferred globally
In principle, the personal information collected and generated by Reportify in the People's Republic of China is stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. For the personal information generated by Reportify users outside the People's Republic of China when using Reportify products and services, you agree to have it transmitted and stored on servers located within the territory of the People's Republic of China, otherwise you will not be able to use the existing Reportify products and services. In such cases, we will ensure that your personal information receives sufficient and equivalent protection within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
(9)Amendments and Updates to this Privacy Policy
Reportify reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy and will notify you of such amendments by posting notices on Reportify or by other appropriate means before the amendments take effect. In such cases, if you continue to use our services, it will be deemed that you agree to be bound by the revised Reportify Privacy Policy.
We will not limit your rights under this Privacy Policy without your express consent. We will post any changes and updates to this Privacy Policy on Reportify. For material changes, we will provide more prominent notice (including by way of displaying notices on Reportify and even providing pop-up alerts to you).
Material changes as contemplated herein include but are not limited to:
1.Our service model has undergone significant changes, such as changes in the purpose of processing personal information, the type of personal information processed, and the way personal information is used;
2.We have undergone significant changes in control, such as changes in ownership resulting from mergers and acquisitions;
