Trump's Gold Card fails to attract wealthy foreigners

When the White House first announced the gold card last year, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik said they would sell 80,000 of them and raise over $100 billion in revenue. Today, only 338 people have submitted requests and 165 people have paid the required $15,000 application fee.
