CNBC midday business news update. I'm Jessica Edinger. Markets have turned mixed this afternoon with the Dow now in the red being dragged lower by shares of Cisco.Those are down almost 9%. The S&P 500 index though hitting a fresh record high today. Let's start with the Dow.It's down 86 points. Cisco leading it lower.
