Yeah. So, health care costs go up every year, but recently we've been seeing that they've been going up a bit more than usual. And I would say that a a bit a big part of that change has been both hospital costs as well as certain specialty drugs, in particular, GLP1 drugs that are used both for diabetes, but also for weight loss.And so employers are saying that when they've covered GLP-1 drugs for weight loss, that that has contributed significantly to their health care costs, which puts upward pressure on ...
