I'm Peter Shack now. CNBC stocks have opened lower as Treasury yields rebound and oil prices rise. Stocks had benefited from lower yields yesterday after Treasury Secretary Scott Bessant announced a significant increase in Treasury debt buybacks.The Dow Jones Industrial Average 349 points lower at 53,114.
