The race to offer cheaper weight loss drugs is running into some legal limits. Tellahalth company Hims and Hers announced a cheaper version of Novo's Waggoi weight loss pill at the beginning of February. December retail sales were flat, missing expectations

Retail sales. These are December numbers. Headline expected up 4/10 comes in light.Only zero goose egg unchanged. That would equal uh where we were. Well, actually to find a lower number, you're going all the way back to May of last year when it was down 8/10.That's the last negative number we had. So, that's unchanged.
