RT Pratik Kala (@PratikKala)not bold but the most likely outcome- it will start with smaller DAT's trading at discounts due to lack of interest/bad governance- there will be talks of M&A from larger to smaller DATs... some deals but largely going to be messy with the number of them out there- shareholders will take them to the SEC which will cause panic in the market- and all ATM facilities, convertible debt, pref issuance will lose investor interest until the mess is sorted out- it will take ~18-24 months ...

Be careful with these.These aren't actually representative of ownership of these companies and imo should be handled with caution.Not to mention, the valuations on these things are absolutely massive ($3B-$515B) and likely aren't suited for most of CT's size.While I think this is a unique experiment, its hard to know how this will actually play out. It feels like a worthless wrapper/derivative token which has extra risk (self-custody/smart contract risk) as well as potential lack of liquidity.Very innovativ ...
