2023 Structural Costs Plan In 2023, the Company announced a $130 million to $150 million restructuring plan to address structural costs primarily in its Foundational products businesses. During the three months ended March 31, 2024 and 2023, the Company recorded $19 million and $3 million, respectively, of restructuring costs related to this plan.
