Exhibit 99.1 Union Pacific Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2024 Results Omaha, Neb., January 23, 2025 – Union Pacific Corporation (NYSE: UNP) today reported 2024 fourth quarter net income of $1.8 billion, or $2.91 per diluted share. These results include $40 million of labor expense related to the ratification of a crew staffing agreement.
