Notes payable On December 17, 2021, the Company entered into a securities purchase agreement with funds affiliated with Arena Investors LP (the "December 2021 Investors") pursuant to which it issued a note payable in an aggregated face value of $15.9 million for an aggregate purchase price of $13.3 million (collectively, the "December 2021 Notes" and together with the May 2021 Notes, the "Notes").
