Newmark Announces Further Extension of Exchange Offer for its 7.500% Senior Notes Due 2029

The exchange offer, previously scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Friday, July 12, 2024, will now expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, unless further extended.
