Ryder Expands Mobile Maintenance Fleet Services With Pit Stop Acquisition

The company entered into an agreement to acquire Pit Stop and expects to complete the transaction by Aug. 1, subject to customary closing conditions, Ryder said in a Monday (July 15) press release.
