Industrial Real Estate Returning To Growth

Second quarter earnings reports from Prologis (PLD) and First Industrial (FR) suggest growth is returning to industrial. Industrial rent per square foot cratered during the Financial Crisis, in many cases getting as low as a couple of dollars per square foot, and there were even instances of sub $1.00 per foot rent.
