(NYSE: AME) today announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024.AMETEK's second quarter 2024 sales were $1.73 billion, a 5% increase over the second quarter of 2023. Operating income increased 7% to a record $447.5 million and operating margins were 25.8%, up 40 basis points from the second quarter of 2023.
