New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc.'s (EDU) board of directors approved a special cash dividend of 6 cents per share or 60 cents per ADS. The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record as of Sep 9, 2024, Beijing/Hong Kong Time and New York Time, respectively.
