Paylocity to Add Spend Management Software Solution With Airbase Acquisition

Paylocity plans to create a consolidated platform for all business-related spend by acquiring Airbase. The planned acquisition will add Airbase's finance and spend management software solution to Paylocity's human resources (HR) and payroll software platform, Paylocity said in a Wednesday (Sept. 4) press release.
