Medical Properties Trust: The Path To Gains Is Clearer Than Ever

Medical Properties Trust (NYSE: MPW ) stock, also known as MPT, has rallied and squeezed short sellers recently after reaching a settlement with Steward Health, one of its tenants that recently went bankrupt.
