SS&C Technologies Completes Acquisition of Battea-Class Action Services

WINDSOR, Conn., Sept. 30, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSNC) today announced it has completed its acquisition of Battea-Class Action Services, LLC, a market-leading provider of securities class action claims and settlement recovery services.
