DSGX Boosts E-commerce Suite With Sellercloud Buyout: Stock to Gain?

The Descartes Systems Group Inc. (DSGX) announced that it has expanded its e-commerce portfolio by acquiring Sellercloud for about $110 million, funded by cash in hand.
