Rexford Industrial Leases 657k Square Feet, Rental Rates Rise

Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. (REXR) recently provided its operating activity update. From the beginning of the fourth quarter through Nov. 14, 2024, the company secured approximately 657,000 square feet of new and renewal leases, with an average lease size of 16,000 square feet.
