Old National to partner with St. Paul, Minn.-based Bremer Financial Corporation

EVANSVILLE, Ind. and ST. PAUL, Minn., Nov. 25, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Old National Bancorp (NASDAQ: ONB) (“Old National”) and Bremer Financial Corporation (“BFC” or “Bremer”) jointly announced today that they entered into a definitive merger agreement.
