(TSX-V: SOI) (the "Corporation") announces the closing of the third and final tranche of its non-brokered flow-through private placement (the "Offering"), through the issuance of 600,000 common shares in the capital of the Corporation (the "Shares"), at a price of $0.07 per Share.
