VIENNA, Austria – February 3, 2025 – Following the receipt of regulatory approvals as announced on 9th of January, BAWAG Group today announces the successful acquisition of the Hamburg-based Barclays Consumer Bank Europe from Barclays Bank Ireland PLC.
