Investor Day Details ‘PayPal 2.0' and Omnichannel Strategy

PayPal Holding’s senior management laid out a strategy at its annual Investor Day on Tuesday (Feb. 25) that will bolster omnichannel efforts under its “unified commerce” approach,  as CEO Alex Chriss said PayPal continues its transformation from “a payments company to a commerce platform.”The event was held the same day the company announced PayPal Open, its new merchant platform, expanded efforts with Verifone to “win checkout” and detailed a broadening of its strategic pact with J.P.
