(TSX-V: BER.H) (“BE Resources” or the “Company”) announces that the Company intends to settle C$374,168.64 of debt owed to certain creditors of the Company in consideration for the issuance of 5,756,436 common shares of the Company (the “Shares”) at a deemed price of C$0.065 per Share (the “Debt Settlement”).
