WHEATON, IL — On Monday, the Wheaton City Council gave its unanimous approval for a drive-thru to be added to the restaurant space at 811 E. Butterfield Rd. that was once home to a Chipotle. The special use permit was unanimously approved by the Planning & Zoning Board at its March 11 meeting.The 4.1-acre property comprises a 9,920 square foot commercial building and a 13,438 square foot commercial building, according to city documents.
