Group 2: Development and Impact - Henan Province has been a pioneer in establishing provincial-level specialized metrology technical committees, proposing a "specialized + service industry" integrated development approach [2]. - A total of 12 metrology technical committees covering ten major fields have been formed, with 108 local technical standards published and 330 existing standards evaluated for effectiveness, significantly improving metrology supply levels [2]. - These committees serve as a provincial metrology think tank, linking over 30 leading enterprises and more than 860 high-tech, innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, addressing over 430 critical measurement challenges in military and high-precision instrument manufacturing [2].
