Group 1 - The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MoHRSS) is implementing a special action to protect the rights of workers in new employment forms [1] - The initiative includes enhancing labor employment guidance services and improving macro guidance and regulation of enterprise wages, while continuing the reform of the wage distribution system in state-owned enterprises [1] - The MoHRSS aims to strengthen mediation and arbitration of labor disputes, promoting diversified resolution of labor and personnel disputes, and conducting a second batch of national arbitration case evaluations [1] Group 2 - The MoHRSS will enhance inspection and law enforcement work, ensuring the payment of wages to migrant workers [1] - A special action to clean up and regulate the human resources market order is planned for 2025, which will legally standardize labor dispatch and employment agency activities to protect the legitimate rights of workers [1]
