Group 1 - Jilin Province has launched a plan to promote the silver economy, aiming for breakthroughs in industrial development, structural optimization, and factor assurance by 2025 [1][2] - The province is focusing on the development of institutional elderly care, expanding inclusive elderly services, and improving the operation mechanism of public elderly care institutions, with a target to increase the occupancy rate of public elderly care institutions by 10 percentage points by the end of 2025 [1] - Jilin Province plans to enhance the rehabilitation aids industry by fostering deep cooperation between local universities, research institutes, and hospitals with rehabilitation aid manufacturers, aiming to establish 3 to 5 research studios and support the cultivation of over 10 large-scale enterprises and 20 innovative small and medium-sized enterprises [1] Group 2 - The implementation plan includes the establishment of a "1+9+N" layout for silver economy industrial parks, which consists of 1 provincial-level demonstration park, 9 municipal-level parks, and multiple county-level parks to expand the scale of the silver economy [2] - Jilin Province will host the Jilin (Changchun) Silver Economy Expo and Health Industry Conference, enhancing international cooperation with countries like Russia, Japan, and South Korea to promote the sale of rehabilitation aids and attract elderly service talents [2] - The province will establish an aging research center in collaboration with universities, encouraging technological innovation in elderly products and promoting smart elderly care applications, including pilot projects for elderly care robots in suitable institutions [2]
