Group 1 - Ningxia has made new progress in digital twin common support, project-based digital twin, and key application scenario construction, creating a new model [1] - The innovative construction model proposed by Ningxia includes "full-area integration, demand coordination, common reuse, and dual-cloud drive," which integrates natural resource spatiotemporal data to achieve efficient data flow and stable system operation [1] - The pilot project for the digital twin water network in Ningxia is progressing steadily, covering the entire process of planning, design, construction, and operation of the "6+2" backbone water supply projects and large and medium-sized irrigation areas [1] Group 2 - The National Digital Twin Water Conservancy Computing Power Hub in Ningxia has been completed and put into use, providing strong support for water conservancy model calculations [2] - The first "Data Element ×" competition was successfully held, resulting in seven innovative achievements [2] - A total of 283 reservoirs in Ningxia have been equipped with various monitoring devices, achieving functional application, and the Qinhan Canal irrigation area control model has upgraded 379 gates from "manual" to "automatic" [2] Group 3 - The "Internet + Urban and Rural Water Supply" has basically achieved "four pre" functions, with the built-up area realizing "same source, same network, same quality, same supervision, and same service" [2] - The main water supply network and main pumping stations in Ningxia have largely achieved automated remote control functions, with a modern irrigation area integration model achieving 52% integration of dry channel measurement and control [2] - Ningxia plans to deepen the "Four Waters and Four Determinations" practice, continuously optimize the smart water resource management system, and explore the "online + offline" operation and maintenance model for the Yellow River irrigation area [2]
