Group 1 - The "Improve Your Business (IYB)" training program, organized by the Nanjing Vocational Training Guidance Center, has commenced with 30 participants from various training institutions and universities for a 10-day systematic training [1] - The IYB training, developed by the International Labour Organization, focuses on enhancing business management capabilities and employs an interactive teaching method that emphasizes practical case analysis [1] - The training adopts a comprehensive teaching model that includes theory, case studies, simulations, and practical exercises, covering principles of learning, training methods, presentation skills, and teaching aids [1] Group 2 - Earlier this year, Nanjing successfully held a SYB improvement class, cultivating a group of excellent entrepreneurial trainers, with plans for a selection competition for Jiangsu Province's entrepreneurial trainers [2] - Nanjing has organized eight entrepreneurial forums focusing on key areas such as low-altitude economy, artificial intelligence, digital economy, and rural revitalization, reaching over 7,000 participants from urban and rural entrepreneurial groups [2] - In the second half of the year, Nanjing will host the third Nanjing Metropolitan Area and the tenth Nanjing Youth College Student Business Plan Competition to attract high-level talent for innovation and entrepreneurship, supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises [2]
