Luxembourg – 20 May 2025 – Subsea 7 S.A. (Oslo Børs: SUBC, ADR: SUBCY) (the Company) today announced updates to Board responsibilities as a result of previously announced changes to Board composition. Lucia de Andrade will serve as a member of the Audit and Sustainability Committee and also as a member of the Tender Committee.
