Focused on the unique cultural customs of the Bay Area, including standards for Chao cuisine fish balls, ginger vinegar eggs, and imported fish glue traceability [2] Group 2: Implementation and Participation - The "Bay Area Standards" have become a significant aspect of the Greater Bay Area's development, with increasing recognition among stakeholders [2] - A total of 3,563 entities have participated in the development of the 235 standards, including 2,752 from mainland China, 499 from Hong Kong, and 312 from Macao [2] - The willingness to implement these standards is growing, with 6,827 entities declaring their use of the "Bay Area Standards," including 5,710 from mainland China, 682 from Hong Kong, and 435 from Macao [2]
