Group 3: Regulatory Framework and Enforcement - The State Administration for Market Regulation is actively revising pricing laws and establishing regulations to clarify legal responsibilities and increase penalties for illegal charges [2]. - The Ministry of Emergency Management is piloting non-site enforcement in nine provinces, utilizing big data and AI to reduce on-site inspections while promoting lenient enforcement measures [3].
