Group 2: Accountability and Evaluation - The bureau is holding accountability meetings with 12 red-level enterprises, emphasizing the need for clear safety upgrade goals and deadlines for rectification [3]. - A total of 47 enterprises are undergoing city-level evaluations, with 12 classified as red-level, necessitating immediate corrective actions [3]. Group 3: Upgrade Goals - The joint action plan with the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau aims to cover all chemical and hazardous materials enterprises, including those in trial production, with a total of 186 enterprises assessed [4]. - The target by the end of 2025 is to have 21 blue-level enterprises (11.3%), 65 yellow-level enterprises (34.9%), and 100 orange-level enterprises (53.8%), with no red-level enterprises remaining [4].
