Group 1 - The central government, including the National Narcotics Control Commission, the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Public Security, will launch a nationwide campaign from June to December 2025 to prevent youth from abusing narcotic drugs and other addictive substances [1][4] - The campaign will utilize various new media platforms to comprehensively and systematically disseminate knowledge about narcotic drugs and prevention methods, creating a positive public opinion environment against substance abuse [4] - The Ministry of Public Security and the General Administration of Sport will promote a theme of "Loving Sports, Rejecting Drugs, Rejecting Stimulants" through integrated anti-drug and anti-doping educational activities across the country [4][7] Group 2 - The campaign will include engaging and intellectual sports activities that incorporate anti-drug and anti-doping knowledge, aiming to subtly educate youth through fun activities [4] - The National Narcotics Control Commission and the General Administration of Sport will produce and release eight public service announcement videos featuring Olympic champions to promote anti-drug and anti-doping messages [7] - The General Administration of Sport will leverage resources from sports research institutions and social organizations to support rehabilitation for drug addicts through tailored physical activities [7]
