Group 1 - The "Tian Kai High Education Science and Technology Innovation Park" in Tianjin has launched the "Tian Kai Tunbo Park" with a total investment fund of 2 billion yuan, focusing on the health industry sectors such as medical testing, medical devices, synthetic biology, and health rehabilitation [1] - The fund has already secured partnerships with 6 sub-funds and has a total of 26 projects in reserve, aiming to promote the upgrade of traditional industries and the growth of emerging industries through a "project reserve + industry cultivation" model [1] - The park covers an area of 10.9 square kilometers and aims to create a high ground for the health industry, injecting new momentum into the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region [1] Group 2 - Tianjin Jinghai has introduced the "Tian Kai Tunbo Park 10 Policies" to optimize supply in key areas such as resource sharing, achievement transformation, carrier utilization, enterprise development, and talent introduction [2] - The park has established the first national "patent pool" for traditional Chinese medicine and the first national key laboratory for traditional Chinese medicine, with 33 patents already transformed [2] - The park aims to build a comprehensive four-dimensional collaborative model of medicine, education, research, and production over the next five years, leveraging both traditional Chinese and Western medicine advantages [2]
