Group 1 - The Chengdu logistics hub aims to become a supply base for agricultural products in the western region and a trade logistics hub for the Belt and Road Initiative, focusing on various logistics functions including integrated commercial logistics, trunk logistics, regional distribution, multimodal transport, modern supply chains, e-commerce logistics, and cold chain logistics [1][2]. - The hub will feature a "7+5" functional system, which includes seven basic functions and five extended functions such as green food processing, emergency reserve logistics, low-altitude delivery, international logistics, and comprehensive supporting services [1][2]. Group 2 - The logistics hub is strategically located in the Pengzhou agricultural products and food logistics port and the Jianyang airport economic industrial park, creating a dual-core development pattern of "land port + air port" with a total planned area of 8.59 square kilometers [2]. - The construction plan includes 38 functional facility projects, with 23 existing projects and 15 new projects, totaling an investment of 369.34 billion yuan, of which 244.53 billion yuan has already been invested [2].
