Group 2: Regulatory Context - The Payment Protection Regulation for SMEs, which came into effect on June 1, mandates that government agencies, institutions, and large enterprises must pay SMEs within 30 days of delivery, or within 60 days if otherwise agreed, with specific conditions on payment terms [4]. - Large enterprises are required to pay SMEs within 60 days of delivery, with the same stipulations regarding contract agreements and payment conditions [4].
