Nscale, Aker ASA and OpenAI to establish Stargate Norway

Group 1 - Aker ASA, Nscale Global Holdings Ltd., and OpenAI have announced the launch of an advanced AI infrastructure project named Stargate Norway in Narvik, Northern Norway [1][2] - The AI facility will be located in Kvandal, just outside Narvik, and will be established as a 50/50 joint venture between Nscale and Aker [2] - The joint venture will be formed through wholly owned subsidiaries following the planned merger of Aker Horizons Holding AS and Aker MergerCo AS, with completion subject to agreed-upon closing conditions [2]
