Group 3: Infrastructure and Investment - Guangzhou is establishing AI industrial parks, including the Yuexiu iPARK and the China AI (Guangzhou) Industrial Park, with a total investment of 8 billion yuan, positioning them as leading AI industry headquarters and technology transfer centers [3]. - The city is also focusing on capital empowerment by nurturing state-owned patient and long-term capital, investing in key projects such as WeRide, Pony.ai, Cambricon, and CloudWalk Technology to support the growth of emerging industries [3].
