Group 1 - The project "Key Technologies and Equipment for Clean and Resource-based Incineration of Saline Organic Waste Liquids" won the first prize at the 4th China Boiler Science and Technology Awards, led by Hubei Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Research Institute, in collaboration with Wuhan Wubo Energy Engineering Co., Ltd. and Tsinghua University [1] - The project integrates the entire chain of "production, learning, research, and inspection" to address high-pollution, high-emission, and high-salinity organic waste liquids from various industries, developing an industrial-scale integrated resource recovery incineration system with advanced safety and intelligent operation control strategies [1] - The evaluation by the expert group, led by Chinese Academy of Engineering academician Lv Junfu, rated the project as internationally advanced, with the system achieving a leading operational cycle for complex high-salinity organic waste liquids [1] Group 2 - Hubei Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Research Institute proposed innovative testing methods for organic waste liquids and developed a monitoring system for the safe and stable operation of high-salinity organic waste incineration devices, filling a domestic gap [1] - The new incineration system demonstrated over a 100% increase in continuous stable operation time compared to traditional systems that did not utilize the new technology [1] - The project resulted in over 10 research achievements, including patents, software copyrights, and SCI papers, contributing valuable research experience towards the "dual carbon" scientific direction [1][2]
