Group 1 - The core viewpoint of the articles is the approval and publication of two international standards in the aerospace field, led by China, by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) [1][2] - The first standard, "Aerospace Systems - Launch Window Estimation and Collision Avoidance" (ISO 21740:2025), outlines requirements for launch window analysis and safety launch timing identification, as well as collision avoidance risk assessment matrices [1] - The second standard, "Aerospace Systems - Requirements for Stable Operation of Satellite Attitude and Orbit Control Systems" (ISO 16615:2025), defines the stable operation of satellite attitude and orbit control systems and establishes principles and requirements for their operational stability [2] Group 2 - A total of 30 international standards in the aerospace field have been published under China's leadership, with a cumulative total of 38 standards either published or in development [1] - The first standard was developed in collaboration with the United States, France, and Japan, showcasing China's active participation in outer space governance and the establishment of rules for outer space activities [1] - The second standard was primarily compiled by the Beijing Institute of Control Engineering, with the China Aerospace Standardization Research Institute coordinating technical discussions with ISO [2]
