Group 1 - The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states have achieved significant results in environmental cooperation, promoting regional green transformation and sustainable development through policy dialogue, technical exchanges, information sharing, and capacity building [1] - An environmental information sharing platform has been established under China's initiative, providing a trilingual portal for members to access environmental laws, regulations, and management systems, facilitating compliance and investment safety [1] - China has successfully hosted over 30 technical exchange activities, attracting nearly 1,000 industry representatives, to promote the application and dissemination of green low-carbon technologies among SCO countries [1] Group 2 - China is actively constructing the China-SCO Ecological and Environmental Innovation Base, focusing on ecological protection and climate change capacity building [2] - The Chinese government has established the Kunming Biodiversity Fund with an initial investment of 1.5 billion RMB, which will support multiple projects aimed at biodiversity protection [2] - Several SCO member countries, including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Pakistan, have applied for the second batch of projects under the biodiversity fund [2]
