Group 1 - The city housing and urban construction management bureau has implemented a systematic approach to enhance urban construction waste management capabilities, achieving positive results through various measures [2] - A special rectification mechanism for construction waste management has been established, led by the municipal government, to clarify responsibilities and promote standardized governance [3] - The city has issued the "Dongying City Construction Waste Management Special Plan and Environmental Pollution Prevention Work Plan (2023-2035)" to guide the layout of resource utilization facilities and transfer stations [3] Group 2 - A "dual notification" system has been established in collaboration with administrative approval departments to improve the construction waste disposal process, achieving a 100% rate for both construction waste disposal plan filing and approval [4] - Facilities for resource utilization and transfer of construction waste are being constructed according to local conditions, with several resource utilization plants already completed and transfer stations under construction [5] - The city has developed specific implementation plans for special rectification of construction waste, leading to the identification and cleanup of 473 construction waste sites and the removal of 172,100 tons of waste this year [6]
