Yatharth to acquire Shantived Hospital in Agra, India

Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services has signed an agreement to acquire Shantived Hospital in Agra, India, for Rs2.6bn ($29m) in an all-cash transaction. The company's shares ended the day 3.86% higher, hitting an intraday peak of Rs819.95, following the acquisition announcement, according to HDFC Sky. Shantived Hospital currently operates approximately 150 beds, with the potential to expand to 250 beds.
