Fixing of coupon rates - Nykredit Realkredit A/S

Group 1 - The coupon rates for floating-rate bonds issued by Nykredit Realkredit A/S will be adjusted effective from 1 October 2025 [1] - The new coupon rates for uncapped bonds will be as follows: - DK0009538571 (22H), maturing in 2028, will have a new rate of 2.7860% per annum - DK0009543571 (22H), maturing in 2026, will have a new rate of 2.4760% per annum - DK0009546400 (22H), maturing in 2027, will have a new rate of 2.4960% per annum [2] - The new rates will apply from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025 [2]
