四部门部署开展2025年度享受加计抵减政策的集成电路企业清单制定工作

Group 1 - The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance, and State Taxation Administration have jointly issued a notice to establish a list of integrated circuit companies eligible for the additional deduction policy for the year 2025 [1] - The list refers to the companies involved in integrated circuit design, production, packaging and testing, equipment, and materials that are eligible for the value-added tax additional deduction policy [1] - Companies wishing to be included in the list must submit their applications between September 25-30 and October 9-14, 2025, through the information reporting system [1] Group 2 - Local departments of industry and information technology, along with development and reform, finance, and taxation departments, will strengthen daily supervision of the companies on the list [2] - If any company is found to have obtained tax exemption qualifications through false information, a joint investigation will be conducted, and the findings will be reported to the relevant authorities for review [2] - Companies are responsible for the authenticity of the materials and data they provide and must sign a commitment letter acknowledging that any dishonest behavior will be subject to legal consequences [2]
