Pandora CEO will retire in 2026 as marketing chief takes helm

Danish jewellery maker Pandora has disclosed that its president and CEO Alexander Lacik will retire in March 2026 after almost seven years in the role. He will be succeeded by Berta de Pablos-Barbier, the group’s chief marketing officer (CMO). de Pablos-Barbier became part of Pandora’s executive leadership team in November 2024.
