Dreamscape wraps up LifeSecure Insurance acquisition

Dreamscape Industries has concluded the acquisition of US-based LifeSecure Insurance Company. The transaction was first announced in June 2025. According to a filing with the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services, the acquisition cost is $95.5m in cash.
